How do I do that?

Jeremiah’s Journey provides group counselling to young people and their families when someone special has died. At the end of each group programme, all the children and their families take a day out at Woodlands adventure park.

What does it cost?

£25 will pay for another place on the Woodlands trip.

When will I see the difference?

When we've raised enough for 30 places on the woodland trip (30 x £25 = £750).

What will I see?

We’ll post pictures that the children have drawn of their day out - scroll down the page to "success stories" to see the difference already made.

Jeremiah’s Journey is there to offer support to young people and their families when someone special has died. Open to anyone in Plymouth and the surrounding area, our main work involves short 6-week group counselling programmes, where participants are encouraged to build happy memories and express grief in a healthy way. The programmes run three times a year, in January, May and October.

At the end of each group programme, all the children and their families take a day out at Woodlands adventure park. It’s a chance to consolidate the friendships that have been built over the six-week period, and to reinforce the message that’s it’s okay to start having fun again.
