By contributing towards the cost of a coach who will share their professional experience within the community, delivering structured, organised and effective programmes to help young people realise their potential.

What does it cost?

£5500 will pay for a community club coach for a whole year.

Greenhouse work with young people from marginalised groups within London, using sport and the performing arts. A wide range of activities encourages them to raise their aspirations and gain a sense of achievement, improving behaviour and attitudes and developing positive life skills.

A Greenhouse coach encourages and engages young people at risk during critical years of their lives. The coach is an influential and positive role model, closely involved in their personal and academic development. They liaise with parents, school staff members and professionals from other agencies to address individual needs.

We employ over 50 coaches and deliver sports and arts programmes in schools and community clubs based in areas of high deprivation.
