Making things easier
We have done our best to make making a difference a little easier. We worked very hard to ensure our website is usable by the widest range of users – through good design and by paying close attention to the W3C’s accessibility guidelines.
How can we make it even more accessible?
We know that things can always be improved. For example, the videos on our site are lacking transcripts – don’t worry, we are working with our charities to get these to you soon.
We are keen to keep improving the experience further and we need your help. Please tell us the features you would like to see and we'll ask the team to explore the solutions in future releases.
Can we help? Tell us if you're having difficulties
If you are having difficulties using the site right now, please contact us either by sending an email to change@seethedifference.org, or by giving us a call on 08443 246 011 and we will see if we can find a way to help. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30am-6pm.
